Junior Finance Lawyer - Banking - 2-3 pqe (UK) ( or SG/AU qualification equivalent ) - SINGAPORE

Top international law firm seeks to bolster its market leading Banking team in Singapore with a junior Banking and Finance lawyer with 2-3 years banking and finance experience. The global Banking practice group offers junior lawyers experience in any of the following; acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, restructuring and insolvency and structured finance. The team advises some of the most complex and significant domestic and cross-border transactions acting for banks and other financial institutions, companies and governments.

This market leading team offers high quality work with a well-regarded partner, blue chip clients, and the opportunity to receive the highest level of career training and development whilst working on major finance transactions. This group in Asia may provide an opportunity to be involved in some Projects deals as well. Ideally you will be a team player with drive and self motivation as well as be able to lead and inspire others to secure this outstanding position acting for globally high profile clients. You will be UK,SG or AU qualified, have excellent academics and experience within a top-tier Singapore or international firm.
