Family Solicitor: Wakefield

Our client has identified an excellent opportunity for two experienced Family Solicitors, one position dealing with public law and one position dealing with private law based in their Wakefield office. This is an excellent location for any candidate and easily commutable from York and Leeds.

Private Law Position
As Private Family Solicitor, you will be dealing with cases such as:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial issues arising out of family breakdowns cases, children act and civil partnership matters.
• Pre-nuptial, separation and cohabitee agreements,
• Domestic violence and family protection injunctions

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years' PQ experience of managing your own family caseload and be able to undertake advocacy, as you will be attending court on a regular basis.

Public Law Position
As Public Family Solicitor, your role will involve running childcare caseloads from initial instruction to completion.

This will include representing clients in court and would suit a Solicitor with a minimum of three years experience in childcare work.
