Are you a Scottish Qualified Solicitor or Dual Qualified? Specialised in Personal Injury?
I am currently working with a firm based in the Merseyside who are producing a lot of Scottish work at present, they are seeking to appoint and experienced solicitor / fee earner to join their expanding team.
The Role:
To manage a caseload of Personal Injury matters up to 250 file, the files consist of RTA, EL and PL with varying values.
- Management of claims and progressing accordingly
- Provide the highest standard of care
- Proactive management of the paperless office
- Represent the firm in a professional manner
The candidate:
You will be either a qualified solicitor or an experienced legal executive with a proven track record of managing your own caseload of personal injury claims either in a private practice or for an insurer. It is essential that you will have excellent levels of communication skills both written (particularly email)
