Dynamic, progressive and rapidly growing Organisation, centrally based, are looking for a junior In House Lawyer due to expansion of the Legal Team. You should be familiar with drafting legal agreements such as pre-purchase agreements, inter-company loan agreements, administration agreements, services agreements, agency agreements, non-disclosure agreements, terms sheets, heads of terms and transaction minutes. You should be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team with a good eye for detail. Clients will include media owners across all advertising sectors, including press, television, radio, digital and on-online media companies.
Key attributes for the successful candidate would be:
- Good quality training at a law firm which has excellent clients (West End or City);
- Good experience in corporate / commercial seats;
- Confident at contract drafting, aware of legal principles;
- Problem solving approach, ability to think on feet, proactive;
- Good academics combined with a commercial, practical approach; and
- Well organised approach to work.
