The successful candidate will advise on all aspects of the governance and administration of companies across the technology, private wealth, life sciences, property, retail and fashion sectors. The team is seeking candidates with strong academics and excellent corporate experience post-qualification. With high visibility (both within and outside the firm), including a key role in business development and full partner support, this position offers a fantastic platform for career development.

The successful Corporate Associate candidate would be involved in all aspects of work together with supporting firm wide projects and gaining experience with other teams within the Corporate Group.
