The firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Lawyer to their Tunbridge Wells, Kent office.

You will join a leading national Corporate and Commercial team. They regularly handle high-value acquisitions, M&A, private equity, management buyouts and corporate transactions. Typical clients are entrepreneurial organisations who need a personal, flexible service coupled with astute commercial advice. Their efficiency has also built them a base of national and multi-national companies, which includes some of the most well-known brand names.

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• You will work as one of the largest Corporate Teams Nationally.
• You will deal with a varied caseload of Corporate and Commercial matters, making for an interesting caseload
• You should have an excellent technical knowledge, with an eye for detail
