An exciting opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor is currently available within the Contentious Trusts and Probate (CTP) team in my client's Chichester office.

My client is a passionate firm who prides itself in providing clients with the very best legal advice and guidance which has enabled the firm to grow to become one of the UK's most successful and respected law firms.

This is a superb opportunity to develop your skills within a highly established and innovative Contentious Trusts and Probate department and to work alongside leading solicitors and experts on a stimulating mix of high quality privately-funded cases and also be able to handle cases with alternative funding such as CFAs, LEI, ATE and BTE insurance.

The team has many years of experience representing executors, beneficiaries and trustees to provide outstanding client care and achieve landmark case judgements.

As a senior member of the team, you will play an integral role in the growth and leadership of the team. You'll lead the investigation and litigation on complex cases, working as part of a team to maximise client damages and optimise costs recover. In your role as you will be responsible for leading a small team of Solicitors, Paralegals and Litigation Assistants, to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a number of years Contentious Trusts and Probate Litigation experience and strong skills in business development in order to build successful relationships with referrers of work, members of the bar and the legal profession. Existing contacts in within the local area would be an advantage.
