Employment Solicitor

Are you a successful Employment Solicitor with a focus on high value respondent matters? Are you keen to work with a Legal 500 firm, with a reputation as a regionally leading practise within employment and commercial matters based in Luton?
 
You will ideally be an experienced  employment solicitor with around 4 years PQE or more. Ideally this experience will be in a broad range of respondent matters, from general employment advice to large SME’s, PLC’s as well as some national clients. Aside from this, there is also an interest in candidates with director level employee work with emphasis on high value CEO / Executive level representations.
 
You will be dealing with matters such as settlement agreements, redundancy scenarios, employment contract drafting and also some HR and benefits matters for larger commercial clients. You will be expected to promote the firm to existing and new clients and will also be required to assist in the general marketing of your firm.
 
The role presents a great opportunity if you are a successful employment solicitor, with ideally at least 4 years PQE and a desire to be actively involved in the further development of this successful department.
