Are you a successful commercial property solicitor who could potentially be the required hire to grow a successful team of 5 fee earning lawyers? Are you able to support a case load of good quality medium to high value commercial property work without supervision?

Are you interested in joining a respected local practise with their flagship office in central Bedfordhsire? You will be a commercial property or real estate solicitor with roughly 2 to 4 years PQE, you will have gained experience at a good quality regional or local firm. You should be strong in relation to all technical aspects of sales, purchases, landlord and tenant mmatters, and commercial leases

The client base will include a number of good sized SME's along with. The ideal candidate will have experience and a keenness for business development and marketing as you will be expected to contribute to the work that the firm manages. 

In return you will be offered a good starting salary  as well as a leading bonus structure and the assurance on a quarterly pay rise conversation that can see your salary increase by up to £4,00 a year.
