We are recruiting for ourselves!!! Sue Ross Recruitment is a local, independent recruitment agency now in its 20th year of business. Our Legal Division are now looking for an Administrator to support our Division.
The intention of this role is to support the Legal Consultant (who works part time) but with the idea of progressing to a Consultant as the ultimate goal. Every day is varied and you must thrive in a pressured environment. No two days are the same and priorities are constantly changing.
Key duties will be:
• Handling enquiries from clients and candidates (in person, over the phone and by email)
• Arranging interviews for candidate registration
• Arranging interviews for candidates to attend actual job interviews
• Discussing vacancies with candidates
• Obtaining interview feedback from clients and candidates
• Sourcing CVs on various online job boards i.e Monster, Total Jobs
• Writing job adverts
• Updating the website
• Database management
• Typing CVs, emails and general correspondence
• Maintaining the division’s social media account
Our working environment is truly unique. We are based in beautiful Victorian offices right in the centre of Sheffield – next to the Cathedral. We are a small, very friendly team who work hard and are passionate about placing people in their perfect role. It really is a fun place to work, but equally we are extremely hard working and dedicated.
Perhaps you will have completed your LLB and want to use that knowledge but not necessarily in a Law firm or maybe you have worked within a Legal environment and want to change direction. You must have a good understanding of all legal disciplines coupled with a strong commercial awareness with excellent IT and typing skills. You will be confident, very professional and have first class communication skills. It is essential you are extremely well organised, able to prioritise an ever changing workload and work under pressure.
Unfortunately due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback to all applicants. Please assume that if you do not hear from us within 72 hours that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
May we take this opportunity to thank you for expressing an interest in one of our roles and wish you the very best in your search for employment.
