Join an established and reputable firm who have a strong international presence, where you will work on high quality work and develop your own practice within the firm. With the firm being able to offer a wider offering than any other law firm, they triumph in winning new and repeat business within the UK and internationally.
You will work an extremely broad case load, consisting of a range of complex commercial litigation matters including; contractual disputes, professional negligence, IT/IP matters and competition disputes. With a broad range of clients, cases are often high profile and international. Arbitration is a large area that the team is looking to grow in and one you will be expected to assist in expanding.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must;
- Be ideally 4-6 years PQE, although there is flexibility.
- Experience in a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
- Strong academic background.
