A legal 500 regional practice require the assistance of a Corporate / Company Commercial Lawyer to join them on a locum basis to cover a period of holiday. The role will be on a part time basis.
The team provide advice on the following:
- Buying, selling, merging or restructuring businesses
- Company contracts
- Joint ventures
- Shareholders agreements
- Drafting articles of association
- Corporate finance
Candidates need to be able to demonstrate solid corporate, company and commercial experience and be able to work autonomously without supervision.
