Corporate lawyer for large multinational organisation

A rare opportunity to join a team we have worked with for several years and which will provide a fantastic platform to launch an ambitious junior lawyers in-house career.

The team which supports the international business and global network in dealing with legal, regulatory and reputational issues and risks. Specifically, the role will involve assisting the General Counsel and other senior experienced lawyers in the team on a wide variety of matters involving cross-border legal risk and regulation, litigation, governance, structural matters, investments, business relationships and protection and use of the organisation's brand.

Your experience will most likely will have been gained on non-contentious business transactions and issues. However, some contentious experience is likely to be an advantage as there will be a need to understand litigation risk and there may be some element of claims management.

Experience in dealing with legal issues relating to technology and an interest in emerging technologies are not essential but likely to be an advantage.
