Banking and Finance Associate

THE ROLE

An opportunity for a banking and finance associate with 2-3pqe is now available to support the partners to ensure smooth running of finance transactions cross-departmentally.

Although based in the corporate department, the role will support banking and finance work across the firm particularly in property.

The work will include the following :

Drafting facility agreements/security documents;

Using loan market association standard forms;

Using the key areas of negotiation;

Dealing with complex closings (including conditions precedent etc).

ABOUT YOU

With 2-3pqe you will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, have a good degree (minimum 2.1) and good "A" levels (or equivalent)

You will have a minimum of 6 months' experience during training and 1.5 years post admission in a finance team within private practice and be able to demonstrate a commitment to specialising in banking and finance law.
