Residential Development Solicitor

Due to increased workflow, they are seeking to recruit a new Residential Development Lawyer into their Middlesex, West London office.

Real Estate is one of the firm's core areas, and over a period of 60 years, they have to build a client base worth boasting of. The practice now employs over 100 staff across three Middlesex offices; despite their location, a good proportion of their work is central London based. Culturally, they are progressive, dynamic and commercially minded. They have a staff retention rate of 98% and invest in staff allowing for career progression.

The work will include; Strategic land and site assembly, Affordable housing including disposals to housing associations and registered providers, Aquisition and disposals, Building leases, Professional appointments and building and development agreements. The firm also has a plot sales department which works alongside the Department.

You will be a Residential Development Solicitor with at least two years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE). You will have good experience of running your own caseload and possess a strong technical knowledge. Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package.
