Specialist Enfranchisement Solicitor sought for a Lexcel-accredited firm in the capital.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and talented Enfranchisement Solicitor to join our clients’ thriving practice in central London. Becoming part of a specialist team which includes one of the firms’ partners, the successful Solicitor will manage a demanding caseload incorporating all aspects of Enfranchisement, lease extension and right to manage claims (voluntary and statutory); acting for a variety of clients, individuals, and businesses. In addition, the ideal Solicitor will play an active role in business development, with a track record of success in building relationships with clients and other professionals.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with around 5 – 6 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Enfranchisement department.
You will have excellent technical skills, with expertise across the full remit of enfranchisement matters.
You will be both client-focused and commercially aware.
An aptitude for business development is essential for the position.
You will be IT literate.
