The firm are seeking to hire a new Contentious Trust and Probates Solicitor to join the growing Crediton, Devon office.

The Private Client department is one of the fastest growing across the firm; you will deal with a varied caseload; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance. You will deal with sometimes more complex assets and wealth. Over the years, the firm has built a particularly strong name in this area of law.

This role comes with excellent prospects, this firm has no glass ceilings in terms of progression.

• You will be a Contentious Trusts and Probates Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• Contentious Trusts and Probates work should currently make up at least 40% of your caseload
• This could be the perfect opportunity for someone looking to specialise in this area of law
• This role comes with excellent prospects, if you are not ACTAPS qualified, the firm could sponsor you in obtaining this accreditation
• Salary is up to £55k, plus a very lucrative bonus structure and benefits package
