You will join a friendly, supportive and progressive team as a Residential Property Solicitor. This will be a hands-on role with a caseload to include; Freehold and Leasehold, Transfers of Equity, Re-mortgages and lease extensions. You will work with many high-end estate agents and have a real variety of work making the role more interesting.

Commutable from: Enfield, Barnet, Cheshunt and Harlow.

· You will be a Solicitor NQ-4 years' experience of dealing with Residential Property.
· Joining a Multi award winning, Legal 500 practice.
· Have a varied caseload to include; Landlord and Tennent, Transfers of Equity, re-mortgages, sales of freehold and leaseholds.
· Salary up to £30,000 - £40,000, plus an excellent benefits package
