Your new role

This commercial litigation position will see you play a role in the management of the litigation team. You will be involved in an interesting mix of disputes work including shareholder, partnership, warranty and indemnity disputes as well as mainstream commercial litigation matters.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced commercial litigation lawyer, ideally with 10+ years' pqe. Whilst you do not need to have a following you should have built a strong network of connections. This role will also involve you in supervising more junior fee earners and so you should have gained experience of managing others.
