Our client is seeking a commercial / IT lawyer for its London office.
Reporting into the HQ in the States and working with other senior counsel there, you will lead on all commercial / IT / IP matters as they arise for the EMEA region.
You will ideally have experience across a wide range of IT and commercial contracts and exposure to IP and data privacy issues as well, at a top law firm or reputable organisation.
This will be a largely autonomous position (within a wider legal function) so candidates must have the confidence and experience to draft and negotiate contracts without supervision.
