The company:
Pure Search are working with a leading global commodities business seeking an In-House Counsel.
The role:
Reporting directly into the General Counsel responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and reviewing a range of security documents and banking agreements
- Drafting and reviewing commercial and trading agreements
- Advising on regulatory work where applicable
- Corporate governance and some Co Sec responsibilities
About you:
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with around 3-7 years PQE having qualified with a reputable law firm
- Likely to have a Banking/Finance background
- Accomplished communicator capable of developing relationships across the business
