Education Lawyer

This well regarded local authority in the Northern Home Counties is looking to recruit an experienced Education Lawyer to provide locum cover for at least 3 months.

The main focus of the role is to provide legal advice to schools and academies, to act as an advocate before hearings, tribunals, courts and enquiries and to provide advice on contractual matters.

Previous experience of providing advice in relation to education and early years is essential along with providing advice in relation to relevant legislation, case law, policy and regulations.

This is a 3 month assignment, however, the role has the potential to be extended, subject to review, and an excellent hourly rate is on offer.
