Private Client Solicitor

An independent law firm specialising in commercial, property and private client matters is now looking to recruiting into their private client team based in Leeds.  The firm is renowned for supplying a top-level service to its clients and operates a traditional private client department with ample support.

You will be joining a close-knit team that recognise the importance of its clients and their needs.  The successful candidate will have experience of estate administration, will drafting (tax efficient), the creation and administration of trusts including taxation issues in addition to estate planning advice, and advice on Court of Protection matters.

The role will involve servicing an established client base whilst being actively involved in the business development and growth of the department.
