Structured & Asset Finance Lawyer (NQ-3 PQE)

A highly respected global law firm are seeking an associate between 0-3 PQE to join their rapidly expanding Structured and Asset Finance group in London.

The department are market-leaders in the structured and asset finance arena. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of issues that include of but are not limited to; asset financing, securitisation and structured finance transactions. The clients of this firm include many top-tier banks and financial institutions. Providing advice on LNG carriers, ships, yachts and aircraft financing will form an integral part of this vacancy.

The ideal candidate will have stellar academics and superb drafting skills. Such an applicant will have prior experience in dealing with structured and asset finance, particularly in the shipping field, within a reputable city or regional firm.
