Junior Banking Associate (1-4 PQE)

A firm with an absolute top level banking practice has recently instructed us on a search for Junior Banking Lawyer.

This role offers an opportunity to work with a broad range of banking and finance matters. These include syndicated lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance, sovereign debt rescheduling, real estate finance and project finance. While becoming a more senior, the successful candidate will also have the option to specialize in a particular area of the team's practice.

In order to be eligible for this role you must have stellar academics and you will have trained within a top City or national law firm and gained a minimum of 1 year's banking experience.

You will be working on ground breaking deals for top tier clients, with the opportunity to have hands-on client contact from the early stages in your career. There is also opportunity for secondment, whether to one of the firm's overseas offices or to a London based client.
