An outstanding law firm based in the outskirts of Leeds, central Wakefield is now looking to strengthen their property team with the recruit of a Residential Conveyancer. Skills and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and effectively handle a caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Registered and Un-registered residential conveyancing matters subject to appropriate training on more complex matters
• Manage a team of 10 members including paralegals and fee earners whilst managing a reduced caseload
• Competent at managing a high volume case load and able to work unsupervised
• Work towards dealing with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership and Newbuild subject to training on more complex matters
• At least 3 years recent experience of carrying out high volume conveyancing transactions and preferably have significant people management experience
