The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and driven Employment Solicitor to join our clients’ well-regarded team in the capital. Becoming part of an expert team, including one of the firms’ partners; the successful Solicitor will enjoy a diverse caseload, acting for corporate and individual clients, with matters incorporating: the preparation of employment policies and contracts; corporate restructuring; unfair and wrongful dismissal; disciplinary and grievances; HR support; discrimination and; settlements. The ideal Solicitor will undertake advocacy at tribunals when necessary and also play an active role in business development opportunities.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 2 – 4 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Employment department.
You will have excellent technical skills, with expertise in all aspects of non-contentious and contentious employment matters.
You will be client-focused, with first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
An aptitude for business development is essential for the position.
You will be IT literate.
You will be ambitious, personable and flexible.
You will possess a high level of commercial awareness.
