Your new role

This real estate role will see you work in one of the most highly regarded real estate teams in Manchester. The position has arisen due to continued expansion. The work you will handle will be a mix of landlord and tenant and asset management for a client base that includes a host of household name clients.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be a real estate lawyer with 1+ year's pqe. Applications may also be considered from solicitors who are qualifying or who are recently qualified provided they have had exposure to at least 6 months' real estate work. The firm is flexible about the firm type that you are coming from. However, you should have gained good experience, have strong academics and be able to build effective working relationships with both colleagues and clients.
