Your new company
This nationwide property search provider are looking for an experienced business development manager to join their expanding team in Bath. This would be a good opportunity for a Conveyancer who enjoys business development and is looking to develop their career in this sector.

Your new role
You will be developing and winning new business as well as playing a key role in contributing to this growing business' growth strategy. You will be promoting the business whilst delivering against both personal and team targets and will attend relevant events nationwide. You will take charge of managing and monitoring existing account and will build profitable long-term business relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Developing and delivering CPD presentations for Solicitors is another important part you will be doing in this position.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of successfully selling to conveyancing professionals and have an excellent understanding of the property searches market. You will possess excellent customer management skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills in order to build long lasting relationships. A good level of IT literacy is required and you will have the ability to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. A full, clean driving licence is essential for this role as travel will be involved.
