Your new firm
My client is seeking a Chartered Legal Executive, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their Property team based in Cheltenham. Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within an established and innovative team. You will deal with a variety of residential property work, not just sales and purchases. You will manage your own caseload from start to completion with limited supervision however there will be a close working relationship with other team members. You will demonstrate strong support to a wide client base with a range of requirements. Business development will be an important aspect to this role and you should relish developing and maintaining client relationships, coupled with drive and enthusiasm and a passion and aptitude for Residential Property.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven technical knowledge and a track record of a broad range of Property law will lead to your success. You will be qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer, with at least two years' residential property experience. Candidates without formal qualifications may be considered if they have relevant experience and a proven track record. Experience of dealing with leasehold enfranchisement work would be an advantage but is not essential. A highly flexible approach and the capability to work well and flourish within a team environment would also be desirable. The ideal candidate will possess experience of some business development and marketing activities and increasing the client base.
