Successful practice seeks dynamic Court of Protection Solicitor for expanding team in London.

The Role
Due to expansion, we are now tasked with seeking an ambitious and dynamic Court of Protection Solicitor for a specialist team in North London. Working alongside experienced lawyers, including one of the practices directors, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex and challenging caseload, providing advice and representation to clients and family members in areas including: welfare cases; capacity issues; deprivation of liberty; best interests and; financial matters. Our client is particularly keen to hear from candidates who have had experience providing representation through a litigation friend, however this is not a pre-requisite for the position. The Candidate

You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You must have experience in welfare issues, best interest and mental capacity matters;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;

You will have a desire for professional development.
