Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who wants to work for a firm that can offer rewarding long term career prospects?
This established law firm, with several offices in Kent, is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its property team based in Canterbury.
Working as part of the Commercial Property team, your role will involve dealing with freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants, and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
You will be a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and will be happy to participate in business development and marketing.
Salary is a guide only and is dependent on experience.
