The Role: Family Solicitor

A well-established, regionally respected firm based in multiple locations around West Yorkshire are looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join their dynamic Wakefield team on a full time permanent basis. The role would suit an individual who is client focused, ambitious and can make a positive impact in firm that is ready and willing to invest in your career.

Due to the nature of the role the successful Family Solicitor will have gained experience managing a full caseload of matrimonial matters and must have experience dealing with the following:

• Divorce and separation matters
• Children act matters
• Civil partnership matters
• Pre-nuptial agreements
• Separation and Co-habitation agreements
• Domestic Violence and Family Protection Injunctions

Applications for this Family Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 3 years' experience who is able to confidently undertake advocacy and has experience attending court. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and be confident in their work.
