The corporate department handles a variety work which includes mergers and acquisitions (for both buyers and sellers), joint ventures, restructuring, insolvency and general corporate advice. Clients include mid-tier businesses, household name PLCs and other major international groups.

An opportunity exists for a newly qualified corporate solicitor to join this highly regarded legal 500 team. Experience of corporate finance, commercial and competition law would also be advantageous.
