Real Estate Lawyer - Healthcare sector focus - Liverpool or Manchester

Experienced Real Estate Solicitor required for new role within a specialist Healthcare team of an international law firm, to be based in either Manchester or Liverpool. Salary upwards of £45k.

Our client has a national spread of offices, with further offices overseas and. They are highly rated for their work in the healthcare sector with their impressive Property team in Manchester and Liverpool forming part of a wider national practice group. The firm enjoys an enviable reputation in the market with and extremely quality client base. They support a range of specialist sectors: from transport and logistics and international trade, through to retail, insurance, marine, health, education, manufacturing, public sector and banking and financial services.

Due to expansion they are looking to appoint a qualified Solicitor to their Healthcare Property team in the Northwest.

The role will involve advising on commercial property matters, acting primarily on behalf of National Health organisation including: disposals and acquisitions; Deed of Easements; Licences; Tenancy at Will; negotiation of leases and associated landlord and tenant matters.

You will have a minimum of 2PQE in Commercial Property matters, with your training and experience gained at a city, national or recognised regional law firm backed up by strong academics. Experience gained in the healthcare sector will be a definite advantage but is not essential. I would also welcome applications from Property lawyers currently working in-house in the public sector who would be interested in a move to private practice.
