The Role
We are now seeking a talented Paralegal to join our clients’ flourishing and CQS accredited Property department near Birkenhead. With a focus on Commercial Property transactions, the successful Paralegal will assist senior fee earners in progressing these from instruction to post-completion to include liaison with clients, external professionals and referrers on a regular basis. In addition, the ideal Paralegal will handle Residential Conveyancing matters as necessary and participate in business development activities.

The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal with at least 12 months’ solid experience gained within a reputable Property department.
You will have excellent technical and organisational skills.
You will be IT literate, ideally with prior experience using case management systems.
You will have first class communication skills across all levels.
A flair for business development is desirable.
You will be a skilled drafter with an eye for detail.
You will be driven, personable and have a commercial approach.
