One of Europe's largest investment managemers are currently looking for a paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role will focus on supporting the team in legal and regulatory matters letaion to funds matters. This will include tasks such as:

  • drafting and negotiating a range of contracts including NDAs;
  • assisting with governance for funds;
  • project work, along with the rest of the department;
  • ad hoc legal research;
  • company secretarial matters.
