My client are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team in Doncaster.
You will join a highly regarded team, working on acquisition contracts as well as commercial landlord and tenant work. Solicitors will work as part of a team on complex acquisitions, developments and disposal transactions as well as all aspects of estate management work.
Day to day duties will include the delivery of business minded legal advice to property directors, in-house and external surveyors and other property advisors on matters such as complex acquisitions, developments and disposal transactions as well as all aspects of estate management work. You will be actively involved in the development of the department, which will include strengthening existing client relationships as well as winning new business.
The successful candidate will ideally be 2- 4 years PQE, however the firm would consider applications for candidates with other levels of experience.
