Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking a banking and finance lawyer to join their office in Muscat, Oman. Their team are ranked in legal 500 and Chambers and their finance practice has a varied and wide client base – where they act on behalf of lenders and borrowers, and taking the lead on major pieces of work internationally as well as regional.
The team are seeking a lawyer with 2-5 PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced associate looking to join one of the top firms for finance, unparalleled for its finance work amongst its peers, whilst retaining a broad practice.You will be Representing investment banks and other financial institutions in their capacities as agents, arrangers and lenders, as well as corporate borrowers and private equity firms. you will need experience in practice areas such as; corporate finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, trade and supply, regulatory finance and a broad range of experience in Islamic finance.
