Description
The successful Commercial Development Solicitor will join a busy private practice in Lincolnshire and will replace an outgoing senior solicitor with a specialism in big-ticket commercial development and real estate work. The Commercial Development Solicitor will work closely alongside a senior partner and will help drive this multi-office's presence in the local market, through a combination of servicing the existing client base and networking in the local real estate and developers market place to bring new work into the firm. This is an exciting time to join a department that boasts big name clients and big ticket work.
Profile
The ideal Commercial Development Solicitor will be an experienced real estate solicitor with experience advising large clients on a range of commercial property and development / investment work. The solicitor will have a track record of immersing themselves in business development or, alternatively, the ability to demonstrate an interest in getting involved in this area.
