Construction Solicitor, Bristol

My client is a leading commercial law firm now seeking a Construction Solicitor to join their team in central Bristol.

You'll be an experienced construction solicitor ideally with predominantly non contentious expertise although some additional contentious expertise would be advantageous. Although the preference is to recruit someone to do non-contentious work, there is the opportunity to undertake a mixed contentious and non-contentious role or a purely contentious role and the firm could support someone wanting to do this.

The team work across a broad range of sectors including renewables, energy, healthcare and education and expertise in any of these areas would be a real advantage. You'll enjoy, in any event, a mixture of private and public sector instructions although the bulk of instructions are likely to come from the private sector.

The firm in addition has an exceptional presence in commercial property work which is also going from strength to strength. You'll join a small but growing team that more than punches above its weight and relish the opportunity to work in a team that is already successful throughout the firm.

The firm will consider construction solicitors from NQ level up to approximately 5 years' PQE.
