A leading law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their office in Greater Manchester.
They are a traditional Law Firm with a modern twist and take pride in looking after their staff.

If you are a Commercial Property Solicitor with the proven ability to run a caseload from instruction through to completion, then we would love to hear from you.

The role will involve handling a caseload of real estate files including: site acquisition & plot sales, infrastructure agreements, conditional contracts, option agreements, buying and selling businesses, bank financing and commercial landlord and tenant work.

To be considered for the role, you will be an experienced Commercial property solicitor with at least 3 years PQE with a well-developed knowledge in all aspects of commercial property work.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate where you will play an active role in the future success of the department whilst also providing a high level of service to existing clients.
