Commercial Solicitor sought for a leading national law firm into the Commercial IP team in Manchester or Liverpool.
You will be a commercial solicitor with at least one years' post qualification experience having handled a broad spread of commercial work: IP including contracts, outsourcing, agency distribution agreements, partnerships and LLP's. There will also be the opportunity of providing corporate transactional support to the corporate team.
With a high level of client contact, you will work with clients across a range of sectors. You will handle your own caseload of genuinely interesting work providing commercially focused solutions whilst engaged in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
You will be given a good level of support and ongoing development to allow you to progress as a commercial solicitor. With an attractive salary and benefits package and genuine progression this is an exciting role that can be based in either the Manchester or Liverpool office.
