To cover a period of maternity leave, a 12 month contract has become available for a Senior IP/IT Lawyer to join a leading international bank based in West London. This is a broad role working within a team focused on global projects and advisory to the wider business. Technical experience in data protection and previous work in the financial services sector would be advantageous.
You will be responsible for:
- providing advice concerning IP, IT, DP matters
- drafting and negotiating relevant documentation, contracts and commercial agreements
- coordinating and advising on brand, IP and trademarks
- supporting the business on data transfer projects and providing guidance on specialist DP issues
- leading and mentoring a small team
To be considered you will be 5+ years PQE, with training in a reputable private practice and ideally subsequent experience in-house. You will have a broad IT/Commercial skill set, be able to work effectively within a complex global environment and with senior stakeholders.
