A well established Law firm based in Greater Manchester are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
The Role
Working closely with the senior partner you will handle a full range of Commercial Property matters including Freehold and leasehold transactions, Industrial premises, Building contracts and negotiations, Landlord and tenant disputes and compulsory purchases.
The Candidate
This opportunity would suit an experienced solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
You will also demonstrate a broad range of experience in Commercial Property matters and have an exceptional level of client care.
