My client, a leading law firm in Surrey, are urgently seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their highly successful property on an interim basis.
The Role:
- Dealing with all aspects of commercial property matters on a wide range of complex matters
- Managing your own case-load independently
- Liaising with clients
The successful candidate will be dealing with the following;
- Leasehold acquisitions
- Freehold acquisitions
- Lease extensions surrenders and renewals
- Licences to assign
- Rent deposits
- Re-mortgaging and refinancing transactions
- Landlord and tenant law
The ideal candidate will be able to start at short notice and will be able to commit to a 1 month temporary assignment.
This is a short term temporary assignment which will last a minimum of 1 month, subject to review.
The role is offering a competitive hourly rate and the firm are based within an accessible location and close to all major transport links.
