The company is currently undergoing an expansion taking on new office space, with this, there are lots of prospects for progression. The practice is still family owned and now has a headcount of over 30, they have a rich heritage dating back over 30 years. They are multi-service, but they are most widely known for their expertise in Property. They have recently devised a new tool for Enfranchisement which has acted in a marketing and business development capacity and has won them an award; it is this dynamic, forward thinking approach which continues to bolster their client base. They look after their staff and do many social events throughout the year and have one of the best staff retention rates around.

The Enfranchisement team is currently made up of four Solicitors and a Partner and who solely do Enfranchisement work. They have an incredible wealth of expertise of dealing with leasehold reform work e.g. Enfranchisement and Lease Renewals under the LHRUDA 1993.

This role does come with high prospects of a training contract for the right candidate.

• You will be a Paralegal with at least one years' experience in either Conveyancing or Commercial Property
• Experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement will be of advantage, but is not essential pending you have an interest in the area
• You should have a passion for property work
• You will be a bright, articulate and ambitious individual who is keen to progress
• You do not necessarily need to have an LPC
• Salary is dependent on your level of experience although up to £30k
