Our client is requiring experienced Industrial Disease Fee Earners to join their department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to run a caseload. You will responsible for vetting new claims, assessing liability and accurately identifying third parties. There is opportunity to lead a team and also a fantastic bonus structure.
