Paralegal/ Legal Executive

This long established national firm of solicitors seeks an experienced Conveyancer to work in its Guildford office. This office has an excellent reputation for providing a quality, professional service to its many property clients, particularly within the house building industry.

You will work as part of an established plot sales team and be responsible for your own caseload, although support and supervision will be provided from others in the department.

The role is primarily to undertake due diligence and the conveyancing aspects of the purchase and resale of second hand properties in part exchange for new build plot sales. You will also undertake more typical residential conveyancing and recommended solicitor purchases from developers in due course to supplement the part exchange work.You must be able to manage your own conveyancing files, show attention to detail, time management, and good client care skills.

Market leading salary dependent on experience.
