Senior Corporate / Corporate Finance PSL

This is a new and exciting role offering the opportunity to create and manage the resources and products required by a team of Corporate Finance lawyers.

The Corporate Finance ("CF") practice is a significant part of the firm's international Corporate practice which itself comprises some 120 lawyers including more than 35 partners. CF work is broadly interpreted as doing corporate work for listed companies and investment banks and other intermediaries active in the public company markets. Examples would include Initial Public Offerings, share placements, Market Abuse Regulation advice, corporate governance advice, public M&A, private M&A for public companies and advice on the convening and holding of public company meetings.

The client will consider a recent fee earner (6PQE+) as well as those with a PSL background.
